Data Deletion

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Below you will find information on how to do this.

To request the deletion of your data from the ShiftPulse platform, send an email to:

In your message, please include:

• Your full name
• Phone number associated with your account
• Organization name (if known)

After receiving your request:

1. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
2. We will verify your identity
3. We will delete your data within 30 days
4. We will notify you when the process is complete

Deletion includes: personal data, phone number, message history, and shift assignments. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes or as required by law.

If you use ShiftPulse through WhatsApp, you can also request data deletion directly in your Facebook account settings under "Apps and Websites".
