What Data We Collect
As part of the ShiftPulse platform, we process the following data:
- Employee identification data (first name, last name)
- Phone numbers (for communication via WhatsApp and Telegram)
- Shift assignment and response data
- Audit logs (recording system actions)
- Technical data (IP address, browser information when using the admin panel)
Communication via WhatsApp and Telegram
ShiftPulse uses the WhatsApp Business API and Telegram Bot API to send shift notifications. Employee phone numbers are shared with Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram for message delivery. Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the employer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or employee consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data Retention Period
