ShiftPulse is a shift staffing management platform that enables communication with workers via the WhatsApp Business API and Telegram Bot API. The system allows organizations to send shift offers, collect confirmations, and manage schedules in real time.
3. Terms of Use
The ShiftPulse platform may be used by:
- Organizations with a system account (employers, agencies)
- Workers registered by their organization
- Individuals of legal age or with parental/guardian consent
4. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Not send unlawful content, spam, or offensive materials
- Not share login credentials with third parties
- Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose
5. Communication via WhatsApp and Telegram
By using ShiftPulse, you consent to receiving messages about shifts and schedules via WhatsApp or Telegram. You may opt-out of receiving messages at any time by contacting your organization or replying to the message as instructed.
6. Data Protection

7. Liability
ShiftPulse makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation. However, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, force majeure, failures of third-party providers (Meta, Telegram), or damages resulting from improper use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Final Provisions
